Their selections range from a pizza you build yourself or gourmet pizza like the mouth water- ing Greek pizza which has ham, red onions, kalamento olives, pepper- oncinis, mozzarella, feta, olive oil and garlic sauce; or the Margherita which has mozzarella, provolone, white cheddar, parmesan, basil, garlic, fresh tomatoes and red sauce. The pizza comes out of the stone oven with gooey cheese, crisp crust, and all the toppings merging in a perfect harmony. Besides having GF options Red
Brick Pizza also has pizza options for those who are dairy and casein free. You can order a pizza with the vegan Daiya cheese alternative and choose from a variety of dairy free sauces and toppings. One of the things that set them
apart is that the staff takes special precautions to make sure that the food is not cross contaminated. After placing your GF order you can watch as staff makes your pizza on a special prep area wearing new gloves. They then use a dedicated GF metal paddle to place your pizza on dedicated GF stones inside of the oven. Red Brick Pizza also plays a part in educating people about celiac disease; their web has information about Celiac, and a
portion of every GF pizza sold supports Team Gluten Free. The casual atmos-
phere has booths with your own individual TV where you can choose what you would like to watch or you can shut your TV off for some family time. Red Brick Pizza also gives you the option of ordering your pizza to go. If you give them 24 hours notice you can even have your pizza frozen to take home and bake yourself.
