Children’s Programs at the Murreita Public LIbrary


PRESCHOOL BOOTCAMP ENCOURAGES PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEVELOPMENT


Children who are ages three to six and their parent or caregiver can get


active and have fun together at the Murrieta Library’s Preschool Bootcamp. This new program will be on Tuesday, March 5 at 10:30 AM in the Library’s Community Room. The second Preschool Bootcamp will be held on Tuesday, April 2 at


10:30 AM. If both programs are successful, this could become a regular event at the Murrieta Library.”


KIDS DANCE! Boys and girls ages six to twelve can discover dances that are fun and


easy to do at the Murrieta Library’s Kids Dance! program. This event will be on Wednesday, March 13th and April 10th at 4 PM in the Murrieta Public Li- brary Community Room.


FREE IN-N-OUT BURGER COUPON FOR READING AT THE MURRIETA PUBLIC LIBRARY


Beginning on Saturday, March 2, 2013, children ages 4 through 12 who


visit the Murrieta Library may register at the Youth Services Desk to receive a “Cover to Cover” reading log bookmark and earn an “Achievement Award,” which is good for a free cheeseburger or hamburger at any In-N-Out Burger. For each book that a child reads at his or her reading level, library staff


will validate the reading log with a special stamp. When the child has five stamps and a parent’s signature, he or she will receive a “Food for Thought Achievement Award.” For those kids who cannot read independently, they can list the books parents read to them.


GET THE JOB YOU WANT! Students ages 15 to 19 who


want to get a job are encouraged to attend the Want That Job? program in the Murrieta Library’s Community Room on Saturday, March 16, at
