• Open to film or digital images; black & white or color
• Minimum size is 3 x 5; Maximum size is 8 x 10
• All photos must be matted, mounted or framed
• Ages 8 to 17 years for students and adults ages 18+
• Photos must be the original work of the photographer and not pre- viously submitted to other con- tests
