Success Breeds Success For UK Pool Team

Success is breeding success for the Seko UK water leisure team.

Fundamental to that success is the development and marketing of Seko’s superior auto dosing systems that have brought with them, sustained sales performance. The majority of Seko UK customers are involved in pool construction and the feedback we get is that we offer very good quality products at affordable prices,” says Lee Vernon, area sales manager.

“Our willingness to go that extra mile, both on after sales and on our general level of service, is what really sets us apart.

“This and our desire to maintain excellent stock

levels, so customers are not left disappointed, is what you can come to expect from working with Seko UK,” Lee adds.

“Our aim in the UK is to build on some excellent relationship by providing total solutions to customer needs rather than simply moving boxes like so many in this industry.” Founded in 1976, Seko sales have grown from €2.88 million

to €89 million. In 1995, the company had 34 employees with just five of these working outside of Italy. In 2012, Seko has 630 employees with 390 working in 16 subsidiary companies around the world.

Seko has a policy of constantly re-investing in both product and service development with 12% of the company’s turnover ploughed back into research and development.

Seko UK is investing in a purpose-built training facility as part of their current office and factory expansion in Harlow. Engineers and end-users will be offered practical training on their live pool- simulator giving the opportunity for hands-on experience of the Kontrol 800 and other products in the Seko range.

PRE-ASSEMBLED SYSTEM The Kontrol 800 is supplied as a pre-assembled system with filter, flow cell and mains power isolator all mounted on a white PVC back board. All fittings are push fit which means the installer simply has to fix the back board to the wall, connect to the mains power and water supply and they are up and running. The Seko pool basic Evo is the ideal controller for all residential swimming pools. This complete unit offers a built-in controller with two peristaltic dosing pumps for Ph and redox with simple and fast set-point programming for ease of installation and many added extras as standard.
