From Duck Pond to Pool in Four Weeks
Based in Burton Latimer in Northamptonshire, Panache Pools are swimming pool specialists serving all aspects of the swimming pool market, both residential and commercial, from design and build right through to supplying water treatments, chemicals and accessories and everything in between.

The company has a large dedicated display area within Bosworth’s Garden Centre where they display an exercise pool and wooden pool along with several spas, two pool enclosures alongside pool and spa water treatment products, equipment and accessories. The Panache team has recently completed the transformation of a neglected swimming pool at Chard House; an outstanding sandstone period property at a village location in rural Northamptonshire. The existing pool at the property had been neglected over a number of years. Only the local ducks made any use of the pool.
POOL MAKEOVER Panache Pools were commissioned to undertake a full refurbishment of the 40ft x 15ft block and liner pool and plant room, to include a new liner, re-tile the existing step unit and rebuild the plant room. The pool was emptied and stripped back to the basic
structure. After ensuring the structure was sound, the underlay was fitted and then the liner in plain blue with a tileband was attached.

The existing step unit tileband was completely re- tiled using matching glass mosaic tiles. The plant room was rebuilt using a Plastica Endurance filter and pump pack with a HeatSeeker heat pump.
The transformation was completed in around four weeks giving Chard House a beautiful swimming pool that is more than in keeping with its stunning location. The only ones not happy are the ducks, who have had to find a new pond. Panache Pools Tel. +44 (0)1536 420400
