9. Stade Leopold Senghor
Senegalese Stade Leopold Senghor happen to fall amongst the top 10 best venue in the continents and the multi-use stadium is based right in Dakar, the country’s capital and it ‘s a 60,000 capacity venue which
currently used mostly for football matches and it also has an athletics track.
It serves as a home ground of ASC Jeanne d'Arc, it’s one of the continents oldest ven- ues built in 1985 and it has hosted lot of international matches, sports meets and it served as the final venue of the 1992 African Cup of Nations.
10. Moi International Sports Centre
Kenya Moi International Sports Center (MISC) is also a multipurpose stadium located in Kasarani, the outskirts of the capital, Nairobi, Kenya. It is also a 60,000 capacity and was built in 1987 for the All Africa Games and its is currently used mostly for football matches which host the Kenya national team.
Apart from the stadium, there is a 5,000-seater gymnasium and an Aquatic complex as part of the Moi International Sports Centre.
The venue is mostly used by the Mathare United and Tusker FC and the stadium hosted the 2009 MTV Africa music award and currently there is a cricket stadium and a golf course being built in the complex.
