The New Year provides a time of reflection and connection as we take the time to look back over the old year and celebrate the abundance in our lives. As we look across the proverbial table at the harvest we’ve collected, including our relationships with family and friends, it becomes remarkably clear that we are a sum of many parts and that each of these parts are interconnected and interact with each person in our lives.


As we reflect upon the New Year, we are presented with the oppor- tunity to review our connection on physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels including; gathering the harvest (abundance), offering thanks for the bounty received (gratitude) and reviewing the results from the growing season
