The Hotel Lisboa celebrated its 38 years
as a macau landmark in grand style
with a celebration hosted by company
owner dr. Stanley Ho last month. To
commemorate its nearly four decade
status as a macau property landmark,
the hotel is holding an exhibition at the
lobby of the Hotel Lisboa which runs
until the 22nd december. The photo
exhibition traces back to the early roots
of the hotel and casino from its grand
opening on 11th June 1970 up until the
present hotel as it stands today. The
photos include major events such as the
first miss macau Pageant held at the
hotel as well as casino tools and hotel
necessities from the past. The first ever
personalised Hotel Lisboa stamps were
distributed in macau coinciding with the
celebration.
