Albion helped to create an ideal store environment for UK Fashion Designer and entrepreneur Fleur Bird.

Ensuring that they

knew the entire project inside out, Albion were brought on board very early at the stage of space planning and concept discussions. Working with other contractors, the team was able to discuss issues like design, budgeting and the work schedule to ensure all vital considerations for the project were covered.

Bespoke fittings were created for the

store, including directtowall garment rails and forward facing arms in stainless steel, as well as a modular slotted upright system in white powdercoated steel with stainless steel accessories and a three height garment rail, also in stainless steel, that offers further freestanding display space. Complimenting the additional display items is a table that features lowlevel shelving with a reversible top that can match either the stainless steel or white of the rest of the store fittings depending on what best suits the product offering for each season. The project also required the creation of a few outstanding features for added impact, including a large glass panel with the ‘FleurB’ logo located on the back wall facing the entrance and a fabric front light frame behind the cash desk. This light frame, which uses energy efficient LEDs, will be a valuable asset for the company as

it provides ambient

lighting in the space and will allow seasonal images to be

inserted to update displays. In order to keep

ahead of new

technologies, imageHOLDERS was asked

to customise seven iPad enclosures to be displayed within the landmark store for sports nutrition specialist, Athlete King. Tight specification guidelines were provided to imageHOLDERS to ensure that the enclosures allowed the iPads to be powered by battery pack, and the bezels could be rotated 360 degrees whilst mounted on gondola display units. imageHOLDERS Operations Director

Peter Thompson was on hand when the enclosures were installed, and provided the Athlete King members of staff with a demonstration on how to get the best out of their new additions. Because the enclosures were designed for speedy installation, this caused minimal disruption to the retail store, preventing lost sales and allowing staff and customers to get straight into the swing of using the new devices.
