For the first time in his professional career - following the Ford and Motorola commissions- Adrian, found he had money to buy equipment.


He says: “I thought about my lighting requirements long and hard. I checked out all the major companies’ products before I made my decision to go the Bowens route”.

‘Boxers’ is another compelling body of personal work that has contributed substantially to Adrian’s reputation for versatility - and total comprehension of CGI and retouching techniques.


He tells Litebook: “This was my first big collaboration with retouchers and CGI pros. We got together and decided to do something different. The retoucher loved nostalgia and the CGI guy loved robotics – so we set out to create some iconic boxing imagery. I found a boxing club in London and we charged a casting director with the task of finding us some perfect models. The idea was to create photos that looked in one sense like old pictures
