How do we move into spirit when we are so clearly trapped in our minds? We have been blessed to interview one of my personal icons, Susan L. Taylor. She has shared her incredible story and tips to help us stay in the spirit this New Year.

AFFIRMATION From Finding Your Way
M IS FOR MIRACLE “A miracle portends any mo- ment or act in which faith in God is restored. Th e percep- tion altered toward the divine shall experience the constant miracle that is God.” - Anita Kopacz
hat does “in the spirit” mean? I grew up stealing my mom’s Essence Magazines and turning straight to Susan L. Taylor’s In Th e Spirit col- umn. Even as a child, I could appreciate Susan’s ability to speak directly to my soul. In the spirit, is inspiration… quite literally. One of my great- est teachers, Dr. Wayne Dyer, explains inspiration as being In-Spirit.
