September
FOCUS ON YOURSELF, IF ONLY FOR A MOMENT- Believe or not, September is National Self- Improvement Month. Th is is actually very fi tt ing, given that a lot of folks will be heading back to school or work during this time. Take time to recharge before things get too hectic. Learn breathing techniques or try meditation. Carve out a bit of time each day to sit quietly and simply focus on you. For some, the best time of day to do this may be early in the morning, while others fi nd it helpful to “unplug” and quiet their minds just before bedtime. No matt er how and when you choose to decompress, make sure you commit to this time every day.
