GET YOUR GLOW ON – Treat yourself on the inside and out for healthy skin, and you will shine bright like a diamond this summer. Load up on green, leafy vegetables, oily fi sh (salmon, tuna, etc), nuts/seeds and drink plenty of water. Don’t forget to exfoliate with a homemade scrub or use a loofah or exfoliating glove.

month, skip the frying pan or deep fryer and pull out your grill. We know the grill is optimal for our meats, but throw some veggies and even dessert on there too! Th is month avoid all fried foods, and challenge yourself to come up with some new recipes for the grill.
