Welcome to the Optimal Solution Magazine from Doosan Machine Tools America (Doosan). Doosan has offered Solutions in metalworking for more than 40 years and we continue to evolve our people and products to provide the Optimal Solution for each of our Cus- tomers. This year has been no exception to our commitment to provide the best prod- ucts and services and bring the highest value to our Customers. Within this magazine and at IMTS 2016 you will certainly get a taste of the wide breadth of machines Doosan offers, and, more importantly, you will meet our outstanding Sales, Applications and Service support teams, who are second to none. You will also learn why “Definitely Doosan” is the answer when it comes to answering the question, “Which machine tool supplier fits my unique needs?” At Doosan Machine Tools we don’t believe one product line is the solution for every- one’s needs. In fact, we don’t even believe that a few product lines will suit the needs of most of our Customers. We also don’t believe “it gets the job done” and “good enough” are reasons any business should invest in a machine tool. Providing the right machine tool and services will deliver the Optimal Solution to suit the needs of each Customer; furthermore, we believe offering a Solution at a price that will provide value to each business’s unique needs. Getting the job done right and improving pro- ductivity shouldn’t come at an extra cost to our Customers. Doosan machines come standard with features that most of suppliers price as options. All of our machines, from our legacy turning centers to our newest, large horizontal machining centers, are comprised of top of the line components and backed by a standard two year warranty. Doosan, through our extensive Distributor Network, has Sales and Service offices in every market in the U.S. Serving our Customers at the local level allows us to gain a personal understanding of your business and respond to your needs in a timely fash- ion. Our Distributor Network is comprised of local businesses and people who are there to serve you and your team. Our Service team is available to you when you’re working, no matter the time of day, through our 24-hour Hot Line. Our people defi- nitely make the difference.
