BURGERS May 28 is International Hamburger Day
Hamburgers are a summer cookout tradition. No holiday weekend is complete without it, but does it always have to be so traditional? You would be hard-pressed to fi nd a meal more satisfying than a juicy burger with all the trimmings, but these burgers defi nitely deserve a place in the rotation.

CHICKEN CAESAR BURGER 1 pound ground chicken 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 6 tablespoons plain bread crumbs 3 garlic cloves, minced 2 tablespoons Caesar salad dressing 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon lemon juice Black pepper Extra virgin olive oil 4 ciaba a buns Romaine le uce, sliced tomatoes, sliced red onions, and extra dressing for topping
Combine chicken, Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, garlic, Caesar dressing, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and pepper in a large bowl then form into 4 pa es. Brush tops with extra virgin olive oil then grill (oiled side down) over medium heat for 4-5 minutes a side, brushing tops with oil (before fl ipping. Serve on ciaba a bun with romaine le uce, tomatoes, red onions, and extra Caesar dressing.
OLÉ BURGER 1 pound ground beef 1 envelope taco seasoning 2 tablespoons grated onion 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce Salt and black pepper 1 cup crushed tor lla chips 4 slices Pepper Jack cheese 4 hamburger buns Le uce, tomato, sour cream, and salsa for topping
In a medium bowl, combine the ground beef, taco seasoning, grated onion and Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Add in the crushed tor lla chips and lightly combine. Shape the mixture into 4 pa es. Place the pa es on a grill over medium heat. Close grill and cook, turning once, un l pa es are cooked through. Top each pa y with the cheese and cook just un l the cheese melts. Layer the buns with sour cream, a pa y, le uce, tomato and salsa.

4 mounds of Nutella mixture on waxed paper. Using the back of the spoon, shape into round “pa es.” Refrigerate for 20 minutes or un l fi rm. To assemble the burger, layer in this order: the bo om of a roll, kiwi slices, strawberry slices, Nutella pa y, mango slices, and the top of the roll.
