Cold Snap? Check On Your Neighbors.

Cold weather can be hard on older folks and those suffering with illness or disabilities. Please remember to check on your neighbors from time to time this winter, especially if you haven't seen them out and about in awhile. A helping hand and a friendly hello is always welcome and can go a long way in easing their loneliness and isolation.

Every year ECE selects six high school juniors to participate in Youth Tour. The week-long, all expenses paid tour of Washington, DC will be held June 9-15, and includes stops at major historical sites, monuments, museums, and cultural attractions.
