What to do if the electricity goes off...

1. Check your fuse or breaker box.. 2. Check with your neighbors. Is their power off? If so, have they already reported the outage? 3. Report Your outage on Smart Hub or text your outage if you have your cell phone # in our text outage system. You will receive a text back, that your outage was reported. Also a text when your power is restored! If not signed up for text outage reporting, then call CEC at 375-4121 or our toll free number 1-800-375- 4121 and the trouble will be corrected as soon as possible.
