Many other factors may contribute to the client’s profile, and it is important to use a variety of methods to try and tease them out, such as interviewing and questionnaires.
All of this information will be fundamental in formulating a client-centred programme. Strong communication skills are crucial to extract this information, and this is examined in more detail in the following section.
