All PTs should have a wide selection of resistance exercises to call upon in order to accommodate the requirements and differences of individual clients.
The following lists basic lifts and suggests some example variations (this is just a selection; there are many more). You will need to apply your knowledge when working with specific clients to select the appropriate lift or variation – not all exercises are appropriate for all clients.
