TIM DAVIES, HEAD OF BRISTOL OFFICE
With over 25 years experience Tim has in depth knowledge of the industrial property market in the South West and has been involved in many projects dealing with the identification of development opportunities, subsequent land acquisitions, scheme design, investment funding and property disposal.
MICHAEL COOPER, DIRECTOR | HEAD OF NEIGHBOURLY MATTERS
Michael Cooper is Head of Neighbourly Matters, a specialist team within the wider discipline of Business Consultancy and Project Management. His nationwide team are experts in party wall legislation and neighbourly dispute resolution.
JAMES PREECE, DIRECTOR | NATIONAL OFFICES With almost 20 years in the industry, James has been involved in some of the largest office sales and disposals in the South West. James works with major national funds, regionally based investors and local occupiers, building strategic partnerships and ensuring client’s benefit from his specialist sector experience.
RICHARD COOMBS DIRECTOR | NATIONAL CAPITAL MARKETS Richard has more than 20 years’ experience in the acquisition, sale and funding of investment property. He specialises in business space, although he also provides investment advice to clients across all major sectors of the market, predominantly in the South West.
NICK TURK DIRECTOR | RETAIL LEASE ADVISORY OUT OF TOWN Nick, before joining the real estate industry 25 years ago, was an officer in the Brigade of Gurkhas in the British Army. At Colliers he leads the retail team in the South West.
PETER BRUNT DIRECTOR | HOTELS AGENCY Peter has over 15 years’ experience selling hotels and pubs. He particularly specialises in the Cotswolds, South Shropshire, Heresfordshire, Oxfordshire, mid and south Wales Worcestershire and is occassionally found south of the M4.

His experience covers a diverse range of properties and he has carried out property valuations for both large portfolio clients and individual, property specific clients.
