Nutrition Diagnosis Reference Sheet
To save time in practice, RDNs may want to create their own reference sheet that lists the nutrition diagnoses they use most often and sample PES statements. Figure 3.1 is an example of a chart that can be completed and used when needed. For each nutrition diagnosis, take care to use the exact eNCPT nutrition diagnosis label and definition and write one or two sample PES statements based on your own clients.
