high achiever and being passionate about what I do. When I bind a new piece of business, I am on a high. If I lose an account, a low. Being awarded 2015 Risk & Insurance Power Broker was huge for me. What has been the biggest challenge you have encountered?

I have reached a 25-year milestone at Aon Bermuda and thankfully, the insurance industry has changed for women during that time. It’s not always been easy for women in this industry. It made me work harder and more determined to succeed.
