within the re/insurance industry in Bermuda. Historically the insurance industry has been dominated by men, with


little being done to support women to progress into higher level positions. However, whether it is through the large concentration of talent on


the Island, or years of experience in the sector, Bermuda is paving the way for women to succeed.
