Not long now until our annual Ladies Day with Dallas Burston Polo Club. I can still remember sitting down with the owner of the club, Dr Dallas Burston, to discuss ways of working together and six years on, Ladies Day is one of the most popular events in the area’s social calendar. Think fast polo ponies, Champagne, delicious food, great entertainment and incredible hats! There’s always huge competition for the Best Dressed Lady and Best Hat prizes! As well as being very stylish and great fun, the day is also an opportunity to raise money in a quick charity auction for two great causes, which this year are The Prince’s Trust and local charity Molly Olly’s Wishes. There are just a few tables left for this fabulous event on the 10th June, I do hope to see some of you there… and in our social pages following the event! If you love impressive motors, there’s also details of a fabulous hill climb event in this issue and for sequin lovers a Strictly 9 -5 event in Birmingham!

So to the May issue and a great interview with the entertainer himself, Robbie Williams, who opens up about touring, what he expects of himself and what his fans expect of him and about the umbilical cord that pulls him back to Take That every now and then! Catch him in action at the Ricoh Arena. (Details in this issue or enter our competition to win a pair of tickets).
