CREATIVE DIGITAL MAKING TASTER SESSIONS Saturday 27th May
We’ve teamed up with creative technologists 2.times do to bring you a day of interactive creative digital making activities. Come along and experiment with all kinds of new and exciting digital creative technol- ogy in this fun-packed day. Four individual sessions – Raspberry Pi, 3D Printing, Scratch and Sonic Pi.
THE POP-UP OPERA: THE SECRET MARRIAGE Tuesday 13th June, 7:30pm
A live opera performance by the Pop-Up Opera, who brought us the wonderful Barber of Seville last summer. An 18th-century Italian comic opera by Domenico Cimarosa. You can hear the influence of Mozart in the music. Filled with comic intrigues and confusions, the story is about following your heart, and makes a perfect summer opera filled with our special Pop-up Opera humour, sparkle and fun.
THE IMPORTANCE OF BEING EARNEST Friday 26th – Saturday 27th May, 7:00pm
Presented by The Dartmouth Players. The Importance of Being Earnest is the most renowned of Oscar Wilde’s comedies. Set in 1895, it’s the story of two bachelors who create alter egos named Earnest to escape their tiresome lives. They attempt to win the hearts of two women who, conveniently, claim to only love men called Earnest. The pair struggle to keep up with their own sto- ries and become tangled in a tale of deception, disguise and misadventure.

DART MUSIC FESTIVAL EVENTS Friday 12th May – Sunday 14th May
There will be an eclectic variety of music events at The Flavel as the Dart Music Festival celebrates its 20th year. All events are free on a first-come-first-served basis, with tickets allocated to the queue for each event 20 minutes before show-time.
