new ways. It is important now to understand the energy of that which you heal. Learn from within and start at the begin- ning, healing must now come from the source. Your original spark of life contained no negative energy, it was unaffected by the experiences of difficult lifetimes, you were pure energy. Bring that original spark back through all the dimensions and times that have affected your energy and you can return to that state. That is healing on all levels.”

(I thanked Archangel Raphael for the light reflection caught in the shape of a wing on this photograph I took to illustrate this article. No other photograph bears the same reflection!)

I chose Archangel Metatron for my final example, as the theme of many discussions with him has been about integrating the Divine Self, and that corresponds with the properties of Lapis Lazuli. He also takes us to the Void, to find our greatest potential, to create our- selves in the role we chose, without fear.

I usually see Metatron as a vast Archangel

dressed in shiny metallic black, with black wings, out in the Cosmos somewhere, or on other worlds and in alternative dimensions. I considered Goldsheen Obsidian as a good stone to connect with him and represent the energy of the Void.

But then I had this meditation with him: We were walking across a field to a marquee. The noise in the marquee was horrendous! A “band” was on a stage at one end, but the musicians were all playing different music. There was no rhythm or harmony. I had to reach up to speak to Metatron, and he bent down to hear me. I said:

“This is awful! How can they even play in the same space as each other?” I saw the crowd were separating into smaller groups, congregating in front of one player or another, trying to focus on just one musician. “Watch this.” Metatron shouted to me above the din. He walked towards the front, playing a banjo! By the time he had climbed up onto the stage, the band were all following his lead and people started to dance. Then he let one of the others take the lead at the front of the stage, and he backed the rhythm with his banjo. The rest of the band now followed the lead musician and the rhythm continued. The whole place was rocking; everyone was dancing and having a great time. Metatron’s Twin Flame, Lady Constance, stood beside me and said: “Whether you are in the forefront or the background, there needs to be one to hold every- one else together. Someone has to be willing to step into that role and hold the energy for the rest to follow.” Almost immediately I was back out in the Universe and Metatron said: “Listen to the noise, the sounds of the Cosmos – do you hear the rhythm?” “No, it sounds like chaos,” I replied.

He put thick padded headphones on me and told me to listen again to the sounds, speeded up, over millions of years. I could hear the harmony, the rhythm and the back- ground heartbeat. It was beautiful!

Lapis Lazuli is a stone to assist in acknowledging your own power and Divine Self. It has Pyrite inclusions, which offer the strength and courage to be who you truly are. Together they encourage those who can ‘take the lead’ and hold the energy for others. Lapis was highly prized by royalty and aristocracy in earlier civilisations, worn or used to repre- sent a high position and status. It has long been used in
