With summer just around the corner lots of people begin to plan which events they are going to attend, and excitement begins to mount as they begin to look forward to great times spared with friends old and new. This summer, I have two very special events planned. The awesome Healing Weekend at Secret World in Somerset, will be held on the 14th 15 and 16th July. Now in its 9th year, we had over 5,000 visitors last year, testament to how much it has become a much loved part of the UK festival scene. This year, we are getting ready to welcome even more friends, with our fields buzzing full of 180 exhibitors, 90 workshops and talks, our performance large marquee full of exciting things, children’s area, good food and camping.
Moving on to August 19th and 20th, we have Devon, and Lupton Festival, now in its second year. Gently nestled in lovely Devon countryside, this is a beautiful event, full of charm and wonderfully uplifting. With around 100 exhibitors and another programme full of wonder for all the family, it will capture your heart.
With guests such a Sika, who will take you on an unforgettable Sound Journey, or Flavia Kate Peters, launching her enchanting new Fairy Godmother workshop, Patrick Gamble to transport you through the magical lands of his spiritual artistry, Touch the Earth, whose passionate music will have you connecting deeply with your core, or Barbara Meiklejohn-Free, who will inspire you to open your wings and express the real you – there is something for everyone at both events.
