Often men choose sex as their way of connecting to women, but there is so much more out there to be accessed. As Jan says: “Men can learn to connect with their senses more deeply so that they are more present both to touching and being touched. It’s the journey of re-connecting our hearts and our feelings with our sexuality.

It enables us to have

magical, passionate sex that feels sacred, embodied, delicious and sexy rather than iso- lated in our genitals or driven by our minds.”

Rejuvanessence Face-lift Massage and other essentials by Jacqueline Kareh

I’m just wondering: is age REVERSAL possible? I mean, benefits that are more than just anti-aging. One of my favourite books is ‘Stranger in a Strange Land’ by Robert Heinlein. Reading it in my 20’s, I saw it as a brilliant Sci-fi novel and comment on humanity. A while ago I re-read it, still loved it, and saw so much more in it. Among other things, a fabulous demonstration of the Law of Manifestation is the way a highly- developed spiritual community influence the appearance of their physical body. When we add the Law of Manifestation to the usual anti-aging factors, I personally have no reason to doubt that Age Reversal is possible….as long as we approach it in a holistic way. My starting point: If everything in Life is Illusion, then certainly so is defining ourselves by the date on our birth certificate. When we are ill and in pain or fear, our inner sparkle is usually dimmed and at times we may look and feel pretty ancient and gremlin-like (maybe also feeling unlovable). By con- trast when we are in love we radiate; it’s easier in this positive, self-loving frame of mind to get ourselves fit, living a healthy lifestyle, and to move, think, BE in the flow of life. Our body and mind naturally respond by rejuvenating!

The question is....how to maintain the rejuvenating process so that, over time, we progress from slowing aging to halting aging to actual age reversal. It’s a huge subject. Here’s a brief look…

FACTORS THAT CONTRIBUTE TO REMAINING YOUTHFUL or aging

- societal belief that aging is inevitable and means deteriorating health plus appear- ance that is considered ‘Less than’. The more we are caught in this the more we are likely to be challenged by our limited thinking and maybe Self-Worth issues too. How about this alternative perspective: hold the knowing of yourself as eternally youthful? I am a great fan of (Quantum Powers teacher) Jean Houston and apparently she does this and looks about 30 years younger than her actual human years (almost 80). An extraordinary woman, she also describes herself as having the energy levels and productivity of a 35 year old! - social interaction, especially if with all age groups. This keeps us lively on many levels and helps maintain that essential sense of belonging and having a useful role in our fam- ily or community, contributing something however small it may be. - GIVE from the heart, whatever you feel prompted to give. A smile or kind word, practi- cal help or emotional support, a listening ear. The very act of giving makes us feel good and we discover that actually there is Receiving in the Giving.
