What is your role at the Chamber? I look after the organisation and execution of dedicated membership events throughout the county, whist continually developing new ways of interacting and involving our members and their businesses.
What is the best part of your role? Meeting our members and discovering the sheer variety of businesses we have here in Devon.
What are your aims for Chamber events over the next 12 months? To continue the organisation of our membership events and further develop the new business improvement events programme into a true multi-platform learning and development experience for our members.

What did you do before working at the Chamber? For the last ten years I have been organising and managing events within the education and arts sector. Along with the management of theatres and art centres throughout the country, including the Watermark in Ivybridge and the Space Studio complex at Dartington Hall.

What do you do when you’re not at work? When not being a role model to my daughter, I spend a lot of time delving into vintage record shops, learning to play the guitar, going to concerts and the occasional dabble in millinery.

Excellence in Devon returns for a second successful year
