advertisers and contributors. Iwrite thiswith an ice pack pressed up against my ribs as I have bruised them badly after a fall but amstically working despite my injuries! It’s quite difficult to hold an ice pack in that position when you’re sitting up- right. Amstill waiting for proper autumn weather, and have only witnessed one day so far starting out with traditional swirly mists and developing into a bright sunny day with a nip in the air. Christmas is in the forefront of most people’s minds now, and the shops are getting more festive. Retailers - don’t forget the Christmas Window competition at the end of Novem- ber.
