Altea’s latest and most chic
estate agency opens Powered by Moraira Invest
Moraira Invest Group (see advert on back page) are delighted to announce the imminent opening of their new estate agency in Altea, to be called Altea Moraira Villas.
Moraira Invest Group has built its reputation on quality, integrity and above all honesty. Run by business partners José Ivars and Arie van Staalduinen, it has a built up a successful estate agency based in the heart of Moraira. In addition, Moraira Invest Group has established itself as one of the leading constructors of beautiful new houses, with the emphasis on chic luxury. Jose and Arie are always looking for new opportunities, and spotted a niche in the market for just such an agency/ construction business in Altea at the same time as an ideal location came available.
Altea Moraira Villas will be opening in September on the main N332 just south of Altea town centre. Staff have been hired and trained. The office has been renovated, and signage and window displays have been installed. The next stage is to build up the property portfolio. What makes Moraira Invest Group really interesting is that it markets itself widely in Europe and literally has buyers from all over Europe waiting for the right property.
