Female Focus Come and Sing!
Montgó Chorale invites everyone who loves to sing, to come and sing with them on their annual open evening on Monday 12th September. You are welcome to join them from 7pm to 9pm, at the Social Centre in Teulada. The idea is to give potential members a chance to experience the fun of singing with a mixed group of voices.

Montgó Chorale is about to enter its 10th year under the direction of Gordon Lawson. Since its inception the choir has given many concerts of popular choral works, raising considerable funds for local charities such as Caritas and the Convent Day Centre in Jávea which cares for the elderly and Alzheimer's sufferers.
The choir has members from a range of nationalities and ages, all of whom enjoy coming together to rehearse and sing works from the huge range available to mixed choirs, as they have done with considerable acclaim and success since the choir began. Their most recent concert in May of this year was a resounding success attended by an audience of over 180 people.
Montgo Chorale is always keen to recruit new members.
Their next concert will be a charity Christmas concert in the beautiful church of Loreto in Jávea Port. If you have ever considered singing for the sheer pleasure of it then you are most welcome to come along on the 12th to give it a try!
At the end of this first session there will be free wine and nibbles so that new members can meet existing choir members, who take this opportunity to catch up on their summer break news and the friendships that membership of this choir provides. Don’t be shy, give them a try!
