FRESH FOOD FROM LOCAL PRODUCE

Being on a coastal voyage, sumptuous seafood features regularly on the menu, accompanied with fresh vegetab- les and delicately flavoured sauce. The menu changes with the season and the areas in which we sail – giving you first-class food at all times. Each dinner ends with traditional desserts, like homemade cakes, puddings, berries or sorbet. Breakfast and lunch is normally served buffet style, with a range of traditional and modern reci- pes. To accompany each meal, you can choose from our comprehensive selection of red and white wines, local Norwegian beers, aquavit and soft drinks. Afterwards, you can enjoy fresh coffee in any of the lounges, or drinks in one of the bars whilst taking in the picturesque land- scape.

Indulge yourself with our À la Carte menu After a day full of exciting experiences and breathtaking views, why not treat yourself to something extra special for dinner in a more private setting. Our À la Carte menu offers 2, 3, 4 or 5-course dinners, where you can choose between four starters, five main courses, four desserts and our famous cheese platter. Being on a coastal voyage, a lot of the ingredients are plucked straight from the sea

– cod, scallops, crayfish, langoustine and Arctic char. There are also specialties from the Norwegian inland, like reindeer, extra tender sirloin of beef, dairy products, vegetables, fruits and berries. On board with us, there is something for everyone’s taste.

Additional wine and drink packages are also available. Our 6, 7, 11 and 12-day Classic Voyages are all on a full- board basis, meaning all three meals are included in the price – and for a small fee you can upgrade to our À la Carte option. For those voyages which are not on a full-board basis, we still invite our guests to order from the À la Carte menu for its irresistibly delicious din- ing options. Platinum guests have the À la Carte menu included.

A culinary adventure We are proud to welcome you to Norway’s Coastal Kitchen – the best food Norway has to offer. On this beautiful sea voyage, not only will you travel along the Norwegian coast, your delighted taste buds will too.

On four of our newly refurnished ships you can also taste locally- produced ice cream from Lofoten and fresh pastries from the ship’s bakery Multe Bakery & Ice Cream.

“As a chef, I am awestruck when working with products from local suppliers, because they are so passionate about their produce. Meeting them, hearing their stories and knowing that these are hand- made products of exceptionally good quality makes me both proud and humble at the same time.“
