Working within your budget and cost checking throughout the architectural design and construction phases, we can design and construct your project on time and on budget. We have “in-house” expertise in architecture, structural engineering, quantity surveying, town planning consultancy and project management. We employ the contractors and sub contractors to work with our architect and clerk of works on site.
This allows you to focus on your own activities. Especially useful if you live or work away. We can take the stress out of the construction process for you.
We are currently working on the complete refurbishment and extension of Kittery Quay, next to the Royal Dart Yacht Club. Commisioned Oct 15, without planning permission, drawings or specification, we were on site on 2nd November.
