ATIA Management and the Technology Commitee have been focusing our efforts on a number
of projects including ramping up DATIA’s social media presence and bringing drug and alcohol testing professionals more online educational courses. DATIA’s Facebook page provides you
with a wealth of knowledge on issues affecting our industry including, but not limited to: marijuana legislation, regulatory
updates and DATIA news. It’s no wonder that our Facebook following has grown significantly since its inception in 2011. We now have more than 1,150 followers and counting! Tis number increases weekly. Tis can be atributed to the cuting- edge information we provide as well as a new Facebook campaign encouraging post “shares.” We are encouraging all of our followers to “like” and “share” the information we post on Facebook for a chance to win a free DATIA webinar of your choice: past or future. Winners are selected monthly so we hope that you will participate! Go to Facebook and search for DATIA to follow us today. Our LinkedIn pages are growing also!
Our DATIA Discussion Group, C-DER (invitation-only), and Marijuana Truth pages encourage drug and alcohol testing professionals to share and discuss their findings, information and news. Discuss the issues that mater most to you with the people who understand—your industry peers and experts! Join the conversation by searching for “Drug and Alcohol Testing Industry Association.” DATIA’s Twiter page is specifically geared toward the DATIA Annual Conference. We provide information on sessions and information that will be available to conference atendees. While we are on a brief hiatus since DATIA 2015 was held June this year, @DATIAConference will be back before the end of the year to provide you with updates on DATIA 2016 at the Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, NV. You can also find direct links to each of our social media pages at
datia.org by scrolling down to the botom of the page where it says “Contact Us;” you can find social media icons/links to our Facebook Twiter and LinkedIn pages.
