Welcome to DATIA! When and why did you decide to join DATIA? At ComplyFirst our decision to join DATIA was based on the need to support our growth strategy and to keep our Subject Mater Experts (SMEs) abreast of regulations and best practices. We were first introduced to DATIA by the previous management team, but we quickly understood the benefits. As ComplyFirst, we joined DATIA in February 2015.
What has been your favorite membership benefit since joining? We’d signed up one of our team members (SMEs) for the MRO Assistant training program in June 2015. In addition, we are able to access and connect with our industry peers and the instructional webinars to further support our internal educational programs.
Tell us about your company and your role there. ComplyFirst is a premier Administrative Service Provider (ASP) supporting industry leaders with their Safety and Compliance needs. Our vision and focus is clearly set on the transportation, security and enterprise industries. We blend innovation, technology and people into

Our approach with Subject Mater Experts (SMEs) is as an integral extension of your back office and they are highly trained and experienced in medical, drug and screening services. Our approach starts by defining, designing, developing and deploying nationally compliant programs that reduce risk and cost. Tese programs include random drug testing, occupational physical compliance (including DOT Exams), and various screening services for HR and safety departments. As President and CEO, I’m honored to be part of such a dedicated, passionate and experienced team of experts.
What does your company hope to gain from this membership? Learning, educating and sharing best practices. By collaborating with industry peers we are confident we’ll continue to learn and provide a positive impact in our focused industries. What do you wish other people knew about your company that they may not know? We are one of those best kept secrets in the industry. We’ve been able to steadily build and evolve the business over the last 15 years by partnering with industry leading clients and providing speed, accuracy and compliance. Our moto, “Customer Service is NOT a department, but an Atitude,” is fully ingrained throughout our organization. Furthermore, we are a bilingual organization providing services domestically and internationally.
