Computer Club Whether you love or hate your computer, the Costa Blanca Computer Club, which celebrates its 32nd birthday in April, is the club to visit! It offers help and support on the use of laptops, PCs, tablets, iPads, smart phones and DigiCams. This is invaluable at a time when computer hardware and software are constantly upgraded and malware poses a real threat, causing worry and frustration.

The club meets on Tuesdays and Saturdays in Alfaz del Pi when members have the chance to learn more about using computers and other appliances or how to edit and enhance photographs. Newcomers of all ages are always welcome so whether you’re a beginner or expert come along and increase your knowledge and make new friends. As the saying goes “there’s always something new to learn”. For more information and directions to the venues, go to http://www.cbcomputerclub.net or call Victor on 965 889 187 or Duncan on 966 875 149.

Due to the bad weather forecast the craft people who set up their stalls every Saturday morning in the square in front of the Post Office in Jávea have had to cancel a few fair days which has been especially annoying when the day has turned out to be beautiful. From April they hope to be able to set up stall every Saturday again until the end of May. If you want to see if the fair is on, who is coming and what they make (and sell), have a look at www.amata.es under “Coming events”. More information (also in English) on 639 979 678.
