Many people know Casa Segura and its owner Carl Barclay in Javea, established in 2004 as a Locksmith service with 24hr emergency call-out, but did you know that since 2011 Casa Segura opened a shop, located in Javea, selling security solutions as well as an emergency Key Holding Service. ALARMS Alarm systems have changed, no longer do you have to be tied to the main alarm companies who charge monthly fees. Using WiFi, Internet, and 3G technology, the latest alarm and monitoring systems offer a lot more than has ever been possible before. Casa Segura offers both monitored and non-

We have a ‘plug-and-play’ alarm system which uses a pay-as- you-go SIM card, when triggered it sends an SMS message to your designated mobile phone, no matter where you are, here in Spain or abroad. In fact you can programme it to send the message to up to 5 mobile phones if you wish! However, if you do want a monitored system we can also offer this option.
LIGHTS Security lighting is also available and technology has moved on. We can offer lighting with built-in cameras that transmit to a monitor inside your home acting as CCTV, recording anybody who comes near your home.
CAMERAS If an important thing to you is to be able to visually check on your property from anywhere, even abroad, we have systems which are also ‘plug-and-play’ which allow you to view your property on your mobile phone or tablet. These cameras also record onto an SD card - get a FREE 8GB SD card when you purchase a camera and mention this article. With one or more cameras installed, you will see exactly what is happening, or not happening, at your property. Motion sensors can be added to the system to send a message to you whenever they are triggered at the property, and then you can log in via WiFi to see for yourself. Our WiFi cameras start at €139 including IVA.
