CAROLINE BECOMES MD OF LETTINGS AND MANAGEMENT Badger Holdings, parent


company to Townends and Regents estate agents, has announced a


changes to its structure, including the promotion of Caroline Kavanagh to Managing Director of Lettings and Management. Caroline’s new position has been created to broaden the Group’s hierarchical structure to generate opportunities for progression within the business, as well as support their growth plans for 2012. Caroline, who has been


overseeing the residential lettings operation for the Group for the past four years, joined the company aged in 1997 as an Administrator, moving into a lettings role and progressing steadily through the ranks to her current role which will also see her overseeing INEX Property


Solutions, a property and maintenance service. Caroline says, “It is great for me to look back and see what I have achieved in my time at Townends. My progression is a great example of the company’s desire to identify, nurture and grow talent internally. The National Landlords Association (NLA) is the pre-eminent UK representative organization for private residential landlords. The NLA has established a strategic alliance with The UK Association of Letting Agents (UKALA) in order to enhance the representation of the interests of letting and management agents in the UK, whilst also safeguarding the interests of both landlords and tenants.


The NLA is seeking an Executive who will take the lead role in working within the NLA Executive team to co-ordinate the provision of advice and services to UKALA members and perform lobbying, public relations and marketing activities on behalf of UKALA. He/she will also be responsible for delivering the agreed strategy and policy of UKALA. Some UK travel is required.


REQUIREMENTS • A flexible self-starter and strategic thinker, who can work with
