Sequence Land has appointed Andy Gledhill to the position of Land Partner. Andy has 11 years


experience in


land sales and acquisitions and will be covering South Suffolk and Essex for Sequence’s national network of land centres. Having worked for both national and regional developers in the East of England, Andy is well placed to assist Sequence’s developer clients with advice and expertise on land acquisitions. He has experience identifying and securing development opportunities for private and mixed-tenure housing and a detailed understanding of housebuilders’ needs and requirements, whether they are smaller, local developers or national providers. “I am thrilled to take on the role

STERLING WORK FROM SEAN After an excellent opening of Sterling’s new branch in Kings Langley, Sean Lewis has been promoted to


Branch Manager of the firm’s Kings Langley Branch. Sean started with Sterling as a


trainee negotiator and has worked his way up to the role of branch manager by consistently achieving his sales targets, helping with the development of other members of staff and giving valued input into marketing campaigns. In February, Sterling in Kings Langley, under Sean’s care, took a 65 per cent share of the local market for new properties coming to the market for sale that month.


CEO MOVES IN TO MYHOMEMOVE


Doug Crawford has joined myhomemove as Chief Executive as part of its development plans.


Doug was previously Chief


Executive at financial services network Personal Touch and joins myhomemove as its financial results show that 2011 was a great year for the conveyancer. Market share increased by over 17 per cent with Myhomemove completing over 50 per cent more cases in 2011 than 2009, including cases in every single postcode area in England and Wales. Ian Floyed, now Deputy Chairman, said, “I welcome Doug to myhomemove. The results from 2011 indicate that we are certainly going places and we’re excited to have someone of Doug’s calibre leading us in 2012.”
