David’s series of workshops for the Chamber on authentic presence and confidence in public speaking have been very well- received. Elaine Rodger, Head of Training and Development at Glasgow Chamber, said: “Te feedback from delegates atending David’s workshops has been hugely positive with delegates saying the experiences had more than exceeded their expectations and that they would definitely recommend his work to others. Te Chamber is delighted to be partnering with David in delivering these new master- classes, which will provide a valuable addition to our existing range of training and development opportunities.” Te first workshop in this new

will cover skills such as being beter able to sense how things lie “round the table”, striking the right balance between being demanding and being supportive, dealing more effectively with the “difficult” director and knowing how to select the right board members for the skills and qualities you need. David Fraser, a widely

experienced company director himself, said: “It’s remarkable how extra insight at the right time can make a great deal of difference. It will provide an awareness of a wide range of meeting processes that can be used. It will also give you more self-awareness as you host a meeting and more ability to adjust
