We are looking for a ‘person Friday’ to join us as administrative assistant to work at the heart of the auction business.
The job incorporates working in all parts of the
company. Applicants should be at ease dealing with people in a pleasant and effective manner both on the phone and in person. You should also be able to respond sensitively to any phone queries for the funeral business.
On a daily basis the job involves use of
computer systems and demands attention to detail to ensure the sales are accurately compiled. We expect a high standard of computer literacy with an emphasis on Microsoft Office and the ability to work with
database software. You will be able to balance a number of different tasks at the same time, working to deadlines. An interest in antiques would be beneficial but is not a necessity.
Working hours are Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 4pm; 5pm on Sale Day.
