Jon Thorner’s Christmas open evening On Friday 29th November Jon Thorner’s will be holding a special festive opening at the Farm Shop in Pylle. From 5.30pm until 8pm guests can stock up on all their local festive fare while listening to Christmas carols sung by the Street Sings Choir and enjoying drinks and mice pies. When? Friday 29th November, 5.30pm – 8pm Where? Bridge Farm Shop, which is just three miles south of Shepton Mallet on the A37.
Rumwell by candlelight On Thursday 12th December, Rumwell Farm Shop in Somerset will be turning the lights down and the Christmas carols up, helping guests to get into the Christmas spirit. Shoppers can order everything they need for the festive period and even consult a wine expert on the best accompaniments. When? Thursday 12th December 5pm – 8pm Where? Brown and Forrest tasting day On 7th December Brown and Forrest will be holding a tasting day at the smokery in Hambridge, Somerset. There will be tours running every 15 minutes throughout the day and guests will see the smokers transforming fish and meats, before tasting them too.
