A New Center for Fitness, Wellness, and Community Connections

nner Balance Studio has opened its doors in Patterson to provide a di- verse approach to health and wellness in the community. The studio offers a full schedule of classes including Pilates, multi- style yoga, and eclectic fitness.


Staff members at Inner Balance also provide private instruction, workshops, and massage therapy. Inner Balance partners Alma Pink, LMT, RYT, Kate Petag- ine, and Gabrielle Semel, E-RYT are also pleased to offer new students an unlimited 30-day pass to any class on the schedule for $39 throughout the month of May. Classes to choose from include both invigorating and gentle yoga classes, pranayama and meditation, Zumba, Pilates and cardio interval. In an ef- fort to enhance community connections, Inner Balance staff members run a free yoga class each month with the suggested donation of non-perishable food for local distribution. The all- levels class runs the third Sunday of each month from 12 to 1:15 p.m.
