Nuaire pioneers sunwarm technology Nuaire has successfully completed a major residential project alongside UK housebuilder Pye Homes and electrical subcontractor A W Gorrett. The project was an opportunity for Nuaire to imple- ment an innovative SAP Appendix Q eligi- ble solution to home ventilation across twenty-one of the properties on site;
Sunwarm Air, a unique product designed and manufactured by the business to provide natural, cost effective ventilation. Sunwarm Air uses a positive input venti- lation (PIV) principle to ventilate existing homes. PIV takes air from a loft space and gently pushes air into the property via a central diffuser. Sustainability & thermal efficiency are key themes Demonstrating both sustainability and thermal efficiency, Reynaers Aluminium will be showcasing a number of thermally improved systems at Ecobuild including its market leading window and door system, CS104, ideal for passive construction. New innovations from Roca at Ecobuild Roca is delighted to be exhibiting at Ecobuild 2012, the world’s largest event for sustainable design and construction. Roca has always been committed to the environment in terms of both its water saving products and production processes and its now firmly established We Are Water Foundation, which was set up to raise awareness of and mitigate the negative effects associated with the lack of adequate water resources. The Foundation is working with NGOs such as Oxfam and Unicef to ensure the distribution of donations to co-operation projects across the globe. New for 2012 is the unique In-Tank Meridian WC (pictured left), a revolutionary bathroom fitting
