Roles Call Marlene Muldoon


By her title alone, some may be forgiven for thinking that Solutions Partnership Co-ordinator Marlene Muldoon is a marriage guidance councillor. They wouldn’t be far from the truth, for Marlene ensures a happy union between all four partners involved in the capital investment programme.


Her role profile statement stipulates the ‘maintenance of strong links with seconding organisations’. Effectively she is the glue which keeps the Solutions partners together.


Marlene is the first point of contact for Solutions management looking to appoint new staff, arrange interviews, updating employee systems on new starts and those leaving the business, while managing holiday and sick leave. She points Solutions staff in the right direction for any forms which are required.


Talking about the role, Marlene said:


“I like to help other people, and enjoy interacting with stakeholders and secondees alike. There’s a lot of variation in this job and no two days are ever the same, which makes it both a challenging role, and very interesting.”
