Operational Reporting Team
Operational Reporting in Shared Service Delivery owns, maintains and updates the Business Reporting Centre which is available to ALL Scottish Water staff on the Bullion Drive at
F:\Business Reporting Centre Ph1.
It contains approximately 230 static, scheduled PDF and Excel reports covering a wide range of business information such as our asset inventory, water quality performance, environmental pollution incidents, interruptions to supply, leakage and sewer flooding. All these reports are published to a schedule agreed with the report users.
However these reports are not just available to the report owners, they are available to everyone in the business. If you have a Scottish Water log-in you will have access to the folders on the Bullion Drive. If not simply ask IT to set it up for you. All the reports are sourced from information in corporate systems so if there isn’t a report with the information you are looking for please contact us through the Operational Reporting e-mail box and we will endeavour to create one for you.
As well as the Business Reporting Centre on the Bullion Drive we also have one operating on Infoview containing approximately 500 reports. If you have an Infoview log-in you will be able to access our reports under the section called Business
Reporting Centre. The main difference with these reports compared to the ones on the Bullion Drive is that they are dynamic rather than static. The user can input their own parameters (dates, regions etc) and run the reports themselves. They can also save the final report to their own computer in a user-friendly format such as Excel.
Our team were previously based in GIV so with our move to Shared Service Delivery we are keen to ensure that the business is kept aware of these corporate resources and continues to use them. If you cannot find what you are looking for please tell us and we’ll do all we can to meet your reporting requirements.
