Mountain Park


For us, creating a welcoming, diverse, and inclusive place for our patients to call their medical home is critical to carrying out our mission, supporting our vision and adhering to our values. The same goes for establishing an organizational culture that values diversity and inclusion that "walks the talk".


Since late 2008 when we decided to dedicate the resources and energy to creating this culture within Mountain Park Health Center, we’ve seen some incredible and positive changes in the way we do business, the experience we create for our patients and employees, and our ability to positively impact the communities we serve.


Our approach to diversity and inclusion has shifted from being reactive to proactive.

We can continue to develop stakeholder networks that are inclusive and empowering to help us shape and inform our decision-making. We believe that these areas drive and sustain our organization and lead to competitive differentiation from other healthcare providers.
