Diversity Site Council Summit
By providing a patient lens, an employee perspective, or a community partner’s view, Mountain Park’s Diversity Site Councils impact decision making within our organization. In June of 2011 Mountain Park hosted our first Diversity Site Council Summit. At the end of the day, close to 40 participants made recommendations about what the ideal community health center would look like. Those recommenda- tions were shared with Mountain Park’s senior management including our CEO to help us make better informed, stakeholder-driven decisions.

• Access to Public Transportation & walkable • Good/Clear Signage- Multilingual • Greeters in all Clinics • Holistic One Stop Shop
