The Bed Centre’s “Bags for Christmas” Success.
The Bed Centre’s fourth “Bags for Christmas” appeal has again been a resounding success with Costa Blanca locals pulling together to make Christmas for the Children of Emaus a happy one.
The items and presents collected were more than well received by the Emaus homes as this year has been a diffi cult one for the group. The need for care in the community has grown throughout the recession and unfortunately previous funds and donations from banks, businesses and the local government have been reduced to a critical level.
The coming year may be an even more diffi cult one for Emaus so we would like to appeal to all residents of the Costa Blanca to help this valuable association which is available to support those of any nationality who are in need.
